La PanotiQ, Authentic French Bakery Cafe, Celebrates Opening of Burlingame Location
Family-owned concept brings authentic French pastries and cafe fare to the peninsula
Walk down the main street of chic, cosmopolitan Burlingame this week and you may find yourself transported into the very heart of France. Please join us for our grand opening celebration on Saturday by registering at https://goo.gl/GZGihg
Downtown’s newest addition, La PanotiQ, is a quintessentially Parisian bakery, with an intimate yet elegant interior that encourages you to stay a while as you embark on a culinary tour of France. Fresh baked baguettes and artisan breads are sumptuously displayed in rustic bread baskets atop displays of pastries and desserts that are as much works of art as they are masterful culinary creations. Even more impressive is the way in which this quaint cafe manages to share the best of France while using fresh ingredients from local vendors. For European-style gourmet coffee, La PanotiQ looked to Oakland’s Peerless Coffee, which boasts 90 years of impeccable service in the Bay Area. Their lunch menu features locally sourced ingredients for their housemade soups and freshly made salads, while spotlighting their cultural heritage with sandwiches named after regions of France. Looking for a chic new brunch spot? La PanotiQ brings a Parisian flair to this weekend ritual with breakfast sandwiches made on decadent, buttery croissants; their Liege waffles served with fresh fruits are destined for an Instagram hall of fame. It’s difficult to believe that their menu is anything but an invitation to cross every item off your must-try list.
The family behind this exciting new locale opened their first cafe after experiencing the rich culinary beauty of France and deciding to recreate their Parisian experience here in the Bay Area. This is the fourth location for the Guterman family, joining Mountain View, Livermore, and Campbell’s La PanotiQ team. Clearly, La PanotiQ is more than living up to its name: “La PanotiQ” is a portmanteau, a French term for a blend of words to create something with new meaning, and for this family-owned business, it means a library of edible panoramas, a curated display that represents the very best of their culinary experience in Europe.
The Gutermans invite you to experience France with the La PanotiQ family at their Grand Opening event this Saturday July 22nd, from 11 AM – 3 PM, where samples of their coffee, pastries, desserts, and savory items will be served for their new neighbors.
